We will meet all your expectations as your transportation company in Nosara. Nosara Taxi Cab will never cancel any reservation, our services are 100% guarantee.

All our shuttle services are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use our shuttle services. By using NOSARATAXICAB.COM services you agree to be attached by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access nosarataxicab services.

Shared Shuttles

  • Pick up times might vary depending on your location, for example: if a shuttle leaves at 08:00am this means that it starts the pick up at that time from the nearest departure location. 15 up to 20 minute delays might occur during this service.

  • Some routes might require third party companies, but we ensure that won’t affect the service quality and safety that NosaraTaxiCab offers.

  • For airport departures, in case of a small delay we can provide a 15 minute window, however the client must contact us through email or phone 30 minutes before the departure requesting the extra time. After that time we are unable to wait.

Private Shuttles

  • Stops are provided along the way at your request.

  • Pets are allowed on private shuttles (only dogs and cats and they must travel inside a hutch or cage.)

Refunds & Cancellations

  • If for any reason, CANCELLATION occurs from customer’s side, ANY DEPOSITS or PREPAYMENTS (cash, checks, PayPal transactions or credit card authorizations) will be NON-refundable.

  • CANCELLATION of a reservation within 48 hours prior to the 1st day of service or the same day of service will result in charging the FULL price contracted.

  • Credit card and PayPal refunds might take up to 15 business days due to bank approval

No Shows

  • If you do not see your driver at the pick-up point established on your reservation DO NOT LEAVE the spot before calling our office (IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL the office at +506 8973 7065 provided on your confirmation).

    If you LEAVE THE PICK-UP LOCATION without calling the office, you will be CHARGED with the FULL price contracted!

    Any double booking with any other company will result with us charging the FULL price contracted.
